MO Jr. Pre-Teen Shae Smith chosen for anti-bullying campaign

Shae Smith, this year's Miss Missouri Jr. Pre-Teen Queen, has recently been honored by Sears to represent an important platform to her, anti-bullying. Shae was chosen as one of three spokesmodels for Sears' Anti-Bullying Pledge and is busy encouraging others to take this pledge with her to put an end to bullying. Because of her involvement with this pledge, Shae recently was asked to take photos for a short documentary for an anti-bullying campaign called "Little Miss Victim."

Her anti-bullying platform is not the only thing Shae has been focused on during her reign. She has been a busy bee since winning the crown and started off by donating the books collected from the NAM MO pageant community involvement project to a group of children in her hometown known as Club Liberator. She has been in two parades, made appearances, helped with the crowning at four local festival pageants, and has raised $500 in her first fundraiser for the Trisomy 18 Foundation.
