Our wonderful Illinois Princess Payton Galli got right to work after being crowned in August. The first thing Payton did was donate all of those school supplies and books collected from our NAM Community Involvement program. She started by her donating the school supplies to the Salvation Army and the books to her school at Belle Alexander.
Next, Payton decided to volunteer her time donating hours of community service by helping serve cancer patients in remission at the Relay For Life dinner. Payton also made an appearance at the Kewanee Hog Days Parade and joined other Henry County Queens by getting the first pork chops off the grill to kick off the four day event. She even got to make an appearance on stage at the Hog Days Carnival.
This little princess is so passionate about giving back Payton has already donated her hair to locks of love, now that is a serious commitment to donating.
Coming up, Payton will be participating in a coat drive in October helping donate winter coats to the less fortunate. Not to mention she will be volunteering at the Schuyler Patch Red White And Blue Patchy Christmas drive and will be donating toys to kids in her community.
It is safe to say Payton is one busy little princess! Way to go Payton!
