Utah's Miah Green wins "Be The Change" award
Your 2014 Miss Utah Jr. Pre-Teen Miah Green received an outstanding honor from her hometown police department. Miah calls Syracuse, Utah, home and has been spending countless hours volunteering throughout her community. The Police Department, Kade the K-9 dog and Chief of Police, Garret Atkin were in attendance to present Miah with the "Be The Change" plaque for her volunteer spirit.
"I can't stop smiling," Miah said. "It was a pleasure meeting you all and an honor that you would present this token to me. Feeling blessed to be your National American Miss Jr. Pre-Teen, Miss Utah!"
