Miss Iowa Royalty Comes Together for Sister Queen Bonding
At National American Miss we absolutely love to see the bonds that grow between sister queens. It is a relationship that lasts a lifetime. As you know sometimes sister queens can live clear across the state, but taking advantage of the time together when you can is important. I just learned of a story about our Miss Iowa Queens that took place earlier this year and it made my heart melt!
The Iowa Royalty tried participating in the Iowa State Fair Parade in the fall, but were rained out. Instead of letting the rain get them down they decided to make light of the situation. The Iowa Royalty came together to have a fun slumber party in Des Moines and scheduled their royalty photo shoot the very next day. The girls had a blast. In attendance were Miss Iowa Princess Madilynn Mandelkow, Miss Iowa Jr. Pre-Teen Charlotte Lange, Miss Iowa Jr. Pre-Teen Cover Girl Zyrianna Cerna-Koehrsen, Miss Iowa Pre-Teen May Chup, Miss Iowa Junior Teen Kristen Hovda, Miss Iowa Junior Teen Cover Girl Holly Egdorf, and Miss IA Teen Queen Molli Wise.
The friendships that have blossomed are ones to be cherished!
